| All orders must be prepaid- Acceptable forms of payment: |
| Credit Card- Visa, Master Card, and American Express. |
| Money order/ certified check- order shipped when payment is received. |
| Personal/ Business Check (non-certified funds)- order held until funds clear. |
| Cash on Delivery (COD)- specific minimums must be met and a COD form must be completed prior to ordering. |
| Wire transfer- $15 fee applies. |
| Shipping- Orders are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders typically take 1-5 business days to receive plus 1-2 business days to process. Expedited shipping is available. Please call for more details. |
| Returns- Due to the nature of our products all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Any broken, defective, damaged, or shortage of products must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order. Any products that are to be shipped back to us must receive a Return Merchant Authorization # (RMA #) prior to being returned. |
